Yakima County Volunteer Attorney Services is an organization that serves the most vulnerable of our community by providing expedited and intensive legal advocacy and problem-solving strategies to change the culture of the legal field by prioritizing and understanding the population they serve.
he League has a long history of women connecting. This month we are celebrating Women’s Equity Day which marks the anniversary of certification of the 19th amendment in 1920.

The League hosts Community Conversation in concert with other county partners, to produce informational presentations on topics of general interest. Conversations are held on the 4th Thursday of the month, 5:30 PM, at Wesley Methodist Church, 14 N 48th Avenue, Yakima, and are free and open to the public.
